What is an artifact? Any item in your Microsoft 365 tenant: report, semantic model (dataset), dataflow, notebook, pipeline, capacity, or gateway. The count is automatically done by Power Monitor when connecting the tenant.

Each plan includes a minimum package of monthly operating hours. If the volume of services exceeds the minimum included, additional hours are charged separately with complete transparency.
