What is an artifact? Any item in your Microsoft 365 tenant: report, semantic model (dataset), dataflow, notebook, pipeline, capacity or gateway. Counting is done automatically by Power Monitor when connecting the tenant.
Service Hours
Hour model for issue resolution
Each plan includes a minimum monthly hour package for issue resolution. If the volume of calls exceeds the included minimum, additional hours are billed separately with full transparency.
Rate per hour
R$ 260.00/hour
Minimum of 30 minutes for simple, one-off calls. Complex fixes are billed based on actual time used.
